THE VENUE

Merrydale Manor

Tucked into the countryside near Knutsford, Merrydale Manor is a beautifully restored family manor house with its own gardens and grounds. We have the whole estate to ourselves for the day — the ceremony room with its limestone floors and oak beams, the garden bar, and the manor and courtyard for those staying over.

The ceremony

We’ll say our vows in the manor’s ceremony room, then step out to the garden bar and grounds for drinks and celebrations into the evening.

There are bedrooms in the manor house and courtyard on the estate, and rooms at The Dog in Over Peover less than a mile away. We’re arranging the on-site rooms ourselves — more details to follow.
